Jaide’s background in early childhood education naturally led her into nannying and babysitting, where she has gained more than eight years of hands-on experience supporting families. She holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, has taken on managerial roles, and has taught kindergarten for six years, giving her a deep understanding of child development and the needs of families.

As Jaide continued her journey, the demand for her babysitting grew far beyond what she could manage alone. She found herself regularly recommending trusted colleagues who also provided exceptional care — and from this need, The Babysitter Collective was born.
