Crystal Santa

Crystal is a caring and enthusiastic educator from Townsville who brings passion, creativity, and a calming presence to her work with children. At 21 years old, she has already gained almost two years of experience in early childhood education and currently holds her Certificate III, with plans to begin studying her Diploma soon. Crystal is deeply committed to helping children learn, grow, and shine, and she loves creating positive, supportive environments where little ones feel safe and confident. With qualifications in First Aid, CPR, and a current Blue Card, she is dedicated to providing safe, reliable care. Outside of childcare, Crystal enjoys acting, camping, four-wheel driving, and spending time with friends — a mix of hobbies that bring joy, confidence, and adventure into everything she does. Crystal is excited to support families and be a trusted part of their children’s growth.
